Texas Commerce Bank (Chase Bank)

Wynne/Jackson developed this 100,000 square foot building on land acquired in a joint venture with a major insurance company. The Wynne/Jackson group negotiated a lease with Texas Commerce Bank and successfully developed the project on time and within budget. The project was leased to 93% at which time it was successfully marketed to a pension fund and sold within two years of the start of construction at a substantial profit.
