On April 23, 2026 at the Dallas Business Journal Best Real Estate Deals awards ceremony, Wynne/Jackson’s Ridgeline development was named Best Single-Family Deal.

Ridgeline is Wynne/Jackson’s newest master-planned community, located just outside McKinney in a booming part of Collin County also close to Prosper and Frisco. Yet it remains a natural oasis with tree-lined streets, winding trails, a resort-style pool and open green spaces. It’s also located adjacent to Erwin Park, one of North Texas’ top mountain biking destinations. The community is within McKinney ISD and is close to U.S. 75, providing convenient routes to other parts of the Metroplex as well as up into Texoma.

The first phase of 132 acres and 374 lots features builders such as Highland Homes, Shaddock Homes, Perry Homes, Grand Homes and David Weekley Homes. First United Bank provided construction financing.
