Ridgeline

Ridgeline is Wynne/Jackson’s newest master planned community, located in Collin County in the McKinney ETJ and the McKinney ISD.  Phase 1 of Ridgeline consists of 132 acres containing 374 lots of 3 different lot sizes.  The highly amenitzed community is located adjacent to Erwin Park, a prairie land restoration park which is recognized as one of the top mountain biking parks in North Texas.

Ridgeline is located on the north side of Bloomdale Road, which will provide direct access to/from Interstate 75. This provides incredible access to Dallas to the south and Sherman to the north. It also feeds directly into the growing Collin County cities of McKinney, Allen, Prosper and Plano.  Both Dallas Love Field Airport and DFW Airport are about 45 minutes from the City of McKinney to the southwest.

Some of DFW’s most reputable builders, including Highland Homes, Sanders Custom Homes, Shaddock Homes, David Weekley Homes, Grand Homes and Perry Homes have contracted to purchase all of the lots in Phase 1.

Construction of Phase 1 commenced in October, 202, which includes 374 lots as well as the amenity center, parks and the initial trail system.  The Phase 1 lots have an estimated delivery date in the first quarter of 2025.

A private investment group is the equity partner for the project and First United Bank and Trust Company is providing construction financing for the project.
