A large master-planned golf community of primary housing, existing 18-hole golf course, new 18-hole golf course and amenities located on the shores of Lake Lewisville. The project incorporates a unique Scottish-influenced identity as a complement to the existing links-style golf course. This Old World-themed development includes parks and playgrounds, resort-style pools, gardens, elegantly landscaped canals, hundreds of acres of open space and more than six miles of scenic hike and bike trails with captivating views. The Tribute plan includes both single-and multi-family housing, a future town center and school site, a comprehensive trail master plan, two amenity centers, and a marina and hotel.

Phase 1 development cost was $40 million. The greenfield development project consists of 490 acres of fee simple land and 300 acres of land leased from the City of the Colony (who leased it from the USACE). 438 residential lots were developed in phase 1. This is an ongoing project.
