Wilmeth Ridge is a 124 acre community located in McKinney, TX, which at ultimate build-out will consist of 316 single family homes.  The project is located within the highly acclaimed Prosper ISD.  Shaddock Homes and Grand Homes are currently building homes from the $370’s on 50′ wide and 60′ wide lots in the three-phase project.  The project includes a large resort-style pool, hike and bike trails, a community pond, and a community event lawn with a fire pit.

Wynne/Jackson assembled the land from multiple owners, annexed and zoned the land.

The initial phase of lots was delivered in March 2017. Construction of the final Phase is anticipated to be completed in December 2020.

2GR Equity, a real estate investment firm based in Grapevine, Texas, is the joint venture partner in the project.
